In early 2006 editor Jason Rodriquez came across a box of antique postcards and the idea for Postcards: True Stories That Never Happened was born: an anthology of stories by different artists based on the messages on found postcards. In the story "Tic-Tac-Bang-Bang," by Stuart Moore and Michael Gaydos, a tic-tac-toe hustler pays the ultimate price. Postcards will be published by Villard in July.
